DESIGN CREATION

Persona Development.

Understanding who uses your digital products or services.

Why.

At the core, personas are used to design and develop products with a specific, not generic, user in mind. Although personas are a fictional representation of typical users, they encapsulate the most critical information about users in a way that all team members and stakeholders can understand and relate to. Personas are applied in the early stages of design to communicate user needs, allowing us to keep the real user at the heart of each design decision.

How.

Synthesising data collected from qualitative and quantitative research methods allows us to understand the key traits, behaviours, goals and needs of a specific type of user. Personas guide our discovery process and ensure the UX aligns with the needs of the target users that are represented through personas.
